Certain subjects are entered in the valuation roll as “cumulo” entries, i.e. one entry is made to cover a number of properties, either for administrative convenience (eg bus shelters) or to satisfy statutory direction (eg telecommunications subjects). Prior to 2017, two figures were provided in the analysis of the Valuation Roll, one showing the number of entries in the roll, the other the number of subjects included in those entries. We no longer collate this “cumulo” information and from 1 April 2017 only the number of entries in the Roll is published.
