Canvass forms were issued to every household in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray during the week commencing 3 August.
These forms ask the householder to confirm that the details are correct and enable any changes in occupancy to be updated.
The canvass normally takes place each autumn and the law requires the householder to provide the requested information.
