ANNUAL ACCOUNTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 APRIL 2025 TO 31 MARCH 2026

Notice is hereby given under Section 101(1) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 and Regulation 9(1) of the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014, as amended by the Local Authority (Capital Finance and Accounting) (Scotland) (Coronavirus) Amendment Regulations 2021 that:

Copies of the unaudited Annual Accounts of Grampian Valuation Joint Board for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 will be available for public inspection as follows:

The unaudited Annual Accounts will be available for inspection from 9.00 am on Friday 26th June 2026 to 5.00pm on Thursday 16th July 2026, both days inclusive.

Any person interested may inspect a copy of the abstract(s) of the accounts to be audited, all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts related thereto, and may take copies of any or all parts of the accounts and those other documents. The books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts are available for inspection upon request. All copies will be sent by email upon request to accountancy.support@moray.gov.uk. The first copy of any document will be provided free of charge. Further copies provided of any document will be charged at £10 per item;

Any person interested may object to the accounts or to any part of those accounts, no later than 5.00 pm on Friday 17th July 2026 by sending their objection by email, together with a statement of the grounds thereof, to the auditor, details as follows:
