Voting Information


To be able to vote at elections your name must be on the electoral register.
Everybody who is:
 
Resident in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire or Moray,
A British, Commonwealth, Irish or European Union citizen, &
Aged 16 or over (usually you cannot vote until you are 18)

May apply to have their name added to the electoral register.

If you live in the Aberdeen Donside Scottish Parliamentary Consistuency and are not registered to vote, your completed voter registration form must reach us on or before Wednesday 5 June to enable us to add your name to the electoral register for the by-election that will take place on Thursday 20 June.
