Data from the Council Tax List is obtained from the Scottish Assessors Portal by clicking
here
The “Council Tax Search” radio button should already be highlighted. Select “Grampian” in the “Search by Region” field and type the street name in the “New Search” field. Clicking “GO” will take you to the street selected or to a list of streets from which you can make a further selection.
The bands displayed do not reflect improvements or extensions to altered properties while remaining in the ownership of the owner carrying out such alterations. Bands will only change when the property is sold.
The Effective Date shown reflects either the date the property entered the list (in many cases 01/04/1993) or the date of a subsequent sale, giving rise to a change in the Band.
