Concerns and Complaints
The Grampian Valuation Joint Board hopes that your business
with the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer has been transacted in a
polite and efficient manner, as well as in line with the law relating to these
Local Government functions.
In the field of local taxation the Assessor cannot always
bring about the outcome you would wish but the Grampian Valuation Joint Board is
concerned that your case should be dealt with knowledgeably, fairly and above
all courteously.
If, after conducting business with the Assessor and Electoral
Registration Officer, you are left feeling dissatisfied about some aspect of the
service you received you can complete a Comment
Form on-line.
If however you wish to lodge a formal complaint about the way
your case was handled or about an individual member of staff, please use the
Complaint Form. A senior member of staff will investigate your complaint and you
will be informed about the outcome. Your complaint and the result of the
investigation will also be reported to the Grampian Valuation Joint Board.
The Comment and
Complaint Forms are provided on this web-site and can be printed at your
convenience for submission by post. If you prefer, by clicking here
and providing your name and address the appropriate form will be sent to you
along with a post paid reply envelope.
